This project has been one of my favorites since I started with the Culture & Heritage Museums. I got to choose and book the artists and create this poster for our annual Southern music series at the McCelvey Center.
I looked back at 78 RPM record catalogs and graphics associated with roots music from the 1920s and 1930s for inspiration on this.
